SWOT VAC

Just another day at Uni.....albeit it is the last day of Second Year! With the exams looming in the horizon ( starting on the 9th of Nov), I feel slightly overwhelmed and yet also relieved. Relieved that I'll soon be heading home :). I was packing up my locker when a thought came to me. Savour this Moment. So, I did. :D Packed all my instruments one by one, into a big tupperware, heard the tinkles as they dropped softly onto the plastic. Smelt the odour of past composite resins and adhesives as well as amalgam ( the various restorative materials). Listened for footsteps of my other coursemates coming down the hall way for the last time this year. Then, came the biggie, my lab coat. I am not proud to admit that the pristine white has been progressively stained by a myriad of 'sauces' --- it has been through dissection lab with me ( sick isn't it?--yellow and brown stains), it has also been through my experience in lab burning teeth, drilling out amalgams liberating gray dust, and composite resin residues still sticking to the sleeves. Basically, it has been patterned by my experience as a second year dental student.

Its a good thing to have passed the barriers laid down before me so far.

Swot Vac ( study vacation) shall be adequately utilised.

Well, I want to wish everyone who is having their exams or will be having some form of assessment all the best in their endeavours . Positive thinking will get us through :D

Cheers
